Today we harvested one whole pond of Tambaqui. We harvested a total of 24 Tons out of one single pond. The harvest was on target and the outcome was very close to what we had calculated. This is the first batch of Tambaqui that arrived at our farm a little over a year ago. Due to bad weather conditions, the harvesting of the pond took a total of 3 days to get all the fish out. The average size fish from the harvest was 2.0KG. This batch is now out to our partner Omicron Seafood n.v. who will be processing the fish further.
